We keep the accounts of companies, branches of foreign companies, associations and sole traders in accordance with Act No. 563/1991 Coll., on Accounting, and its implementing regulations. Beyond the statutory requirements, we prepare periodic reports for shareholders and parent companies abroad, in English, Czech or Italian.
What we do
- Double-entry bookkeeping (podvojné účetnictví) and simplified tax records for sole traders (daňová evidence)
- Monthly, quarterly and annual closings; preparation of the annual financial statements and the notes (příloha)
- Filing of the financial statements in the Collection of Deeds (Sbírka listin) of the Commercial Register
- Periodic reporting for shareholders and parent companies, including to group formats and deadlines; intercompany reconciliations and reporting packages for consolidation
- Support during the statutory audit and cooperation with the appointed auditors
- INTRASTAT statistical returns and other mandatory reports
- Document management and electronic archiving of accounting records
